Representing the hundreds of reasons to be here tomorrow, glimpses of light in various colors and sizes pepper the wall. However, we may not always comprehend or accept all of them, so some lights reflect their color on the hand, while others seem to leave no impact.
The hand illustrates the beauty of reaching for something greater. Though it is yet bandaged, it has found a way to be elevated - to heal even while in pain.
The whimsical butterflies surrounding the hand are representations of hope, rebirth, and growth. They have grown from caterpillars to creatures who take flight amid darkness and light, bringing wonder to those around them. In the same way, we hold the potential to emerge from a dark place!
